Help Shape the TP Professional Development Framework

An email will soon be landing in the inbox of Transfusion Practitioners (TPs) across England, inviting you to help shape the main body of the Professional Development Framework.

🤲This draft section has been built from the voices of TPs, through surveys, Padlets, webinars, and refined with input from our working groups to ensure that the framework reflects the experiences, insights, and professional reality of the TPs.

Now, we need your feedback to make sure it truly represents the TP community.

📅 Consultation runs from 27th October to 7th November

This is the fourth and final soundbite in the series. All feedback gathered will be used to develop the first full draft of the framework, which we aim to share with all TPs by the end of the year for further input.

🏃‍♂️Let’s keep the momentum going. Your voice matters—this framework is being written with you and for you.
