SHOT & MHRA Haemovigilance Workshops – May 2026

SHOT, in collaboration with the MHRA haemovigilance team, is hosting two free, interactive, in‑person haemovigilance workshops this May.

Since the Transfusion Training Hub was launched in April 2024, there have been over 32,000 visits to the site, mainly from the UK, however it has also reached many other countries such as the US, India, Greece and the Netherlands.

The Transfusion Training survey was a collaboration between NHSBT and the Royal College of Pathologist Specialty Advisory Committee, and has now been published in Transfusion Medicine: http://doi.org/10.1111/tme.13146
